3K Carbon fiber tube The tube has the appearance of 3k woven carbon fiber. For maximum strength, the layers are manufactured by adjusting them with optimal orientation in both 0° and 90° directions, so that the pipe has a very high strength, as well as the classic image of 3k woven carbon fiber, which we also see on carbon fiber plates. With these features, you can use our carbon fiber pipe 3k product for both your demanding mechanical applications and make a difference with a great carbon fiber image. If desired, the surfaces of the pipes/tubes can be coated with a glossy and UV-resistant varnish to achieve a glossy appearance. This coating allows the 3k carbon fiber tube to have a unique visual appearance.

How to Cut 8mm-6mm Carbon 3k Tube
This Carbon Fiber Pipe 3K Outer/Inner Diameter: 8mm/6mm 3k patterned carbon fiber tube is easily cut with an iron hacksaw and with special profile cutting tools, and its edges can be leveled with wet or dry sandpaper. This process is easy enough to do with simple workshop tools. Cutting a carbon fiber tube and performing edge leveling is not a difficult process if you follow some basic safety precautions. You can make your job even easier by gluing paper tape to the part you are going to cut in advance.

our 8mm/6mm 3k carbon fiber pipes are manufactured using 100% carbon fiber epoxy prepreg. Prepreg layers are adjusted to ensure that the pipes are at the optimum level of 0° and 90° orientation. After the curing process has taken place, the tubes are passed through calibration processes and the measurement settings are completed.
